I own the M18 FUEL hedge trimmer and also the M18 FUEL QUIK-LOK hedge trimmer and they both work phenomenally, I use the QUIK-LOK trimmer for the higher cuts and the hedge trimmer for my lower cuts, and with the addition of this 8" trimmer, I can easily go back and clean up all my cuts and really create a PERFECT hedge!! This tool is super light and extremely well balanced. The trimmer is rated to cut 1/2" branches. Included in this kit is a XC 4.0 battery, M12 charger, and a plastic cover for the trimming blade. The trimmer has an on board blade tip guard which helps to protect property and the trimmer blades. The small design makes for cutting in sight spaces a lot easier and because it's so small and light you definitely have greater control of your cut.
